SOA developed from solely providing accounting services to providing accounting, financial, and business solutions. GSA FABS (Financial and Business Solutions) Schedule 520 - Contract Number: GS-23F-0009T
This is a government-wide contract that can be used worldwide by all government agencies, mixed ownership government corporations, and the District of Columbia (DC). It provides quick and easy access to SOA’s quality professionals and services. It provides solutions to a wide range of organizational challenges such as financial management, accounting, budgeting, auditing, business informational services, financial analysis, business management, and various other financial assistance that may be needed. It employs pre-negotiated fair and reasonable pricing. It is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract vehicle with three five-year options. It reduces typical procurement lead times and administrative costs. It offers alternative contract type options; Firm Fixed Price, Time & Material, Labor Hour. Identifies a maximum order quantity after which an agency may seek further discounts on pricing. It stipulates no dollar value limit on task orders. It allows creation of Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for recurring needs. It assures orders meet the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA). It offers unique Contractor Teaming Arrangement options for complete solutions.
